Campersion exists to make building a gathering feel less like herding logistics and more like the thing you actually love — bringing people together.
Camps, events, and tickets have always lived in separate spreadsheets, group chats, and one-off tools. A camper buys a ticket in one place, plans their camp in another, and volunteers somewhere else — and none of it talks to each other. Organizers spend more energy reconciling systems than running their event.
Campersion brings those pieces into one connected platform. Three focused sites — Camp Management, Event Management, and the ticketing engine that spans them — share a single identity and exchange data through a secure, authenticated API. Nothing is copied between systems; there is one source of truth, and everyone works from it.
The result is a platform that scales from a single solo camper planning their season, to a small camp coordinating volunteers, to a full festival running art, operations, and finance across thousands of attendees.
